Antique Silver Queen Anne Britannia Tea Kettle on Stand made in 1710

This exceptional antique Queen Anne Britannia silver tea kettle is of circular rounded form onto a collet foot.
The kettle has the original hinged hallmarked lid (which is domed) and has a wooden finial. The kettle is fitted with an impressive Britannia silver opposing shaped handle, which is either side of the central wooden handpiece.
The kettle detaches from the original hallmarked Britannia silver stand which has two hinged handles – all supported by four impressive cast scrolling legs on to scrolled ball feet. The stand is fitted with a detachable spirit burner.
Dimensions: height (overall) 38.10 cm, height of stand 10.16 cm, span of stand 20.32 cm; weight 77.5 troy oz.

Mark entered as large worker 1697. Livery 1708. Known for his cream jugs, saucepans, dredgers and miniature porringers.
Worked at Maiden Lane from 1714 – 1727.

All items are checked and photographed prior to packaging, and we aim to dispatch 1-3 days after receiving cleared payment.
