DELIVERY

We provide worldwide postage/shipping and everything is fully tracked and insured. Purchases will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, FedEx, Parcel Force, A-Z couriers; other delivery providers may be used in extenuating circumstances. We deliver to the address provided at the time of purchase but not to PO addresses, as a signature is required upon delivery.

Some countries levy import duties and local taxes. Payment of these is the purchaser’s responsibility and beyond the control of William Walter Antiques Ltd. When the container has reached the destination country, a customs representative will contact you for payment prior to delivery.

Import restrictions are applicable to some destinations, especially the import of products containing materials such as ivory and tortoiseshell. We cannot accept orders requiring shipment to any countries which implement such controls.

All items are checked and photographed prior to packaging, and we aim to dispatch 1-3 days after receiving cleared payment.

 

RETURNS

 

We offer a 14-day return policy.

 

We only put merchandise in first class condition onto our website and we describe all items in full detail. Even so, upon receipt of an item you might find that it is not what you were hoping for. We simply ask that the item is returned to us in no more than 14 days from the date of receipt. The item must be the same condition as when it left us, and we will refund the full cost of the item.  If you decide to return an item, we do ask that you notify , before returning to it to,   us by email or telephone as soon as possible and make sure to use a fully insured, fully tracked, signed for shipment method.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item is in the same condition as when it left us, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

If you have not received an expected refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have  done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  info@williamwalter.co.uk

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: William Walter Antiques Ltd, The London Silver Vaults, Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1QS, United Kingdom.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

 

Please be sure to use a fully tracked, fully insured, signed for method of return delivery.
