Out of stock
A pair of excellent Georgian wine coasters. The coasters are finely engraved with the crest of Spencer Perceval, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1809 – 1812.
In 1812, he was shot dead in the lobby of the House of Commons by John Bellingham, thus holding the dubious honour of being the only British Prime Minister to be assassinated.
The coasters are of particularly good quality and look almost unused. They have a fine gadroon border with a band of fluting around the middle.
Dimensions: height 4.2 cm, diameter 13.25 cm
