Karl Kurz of  Kesselstadt Founded c. 1877, seems to have merged with Gebrüder Dingeldein around 1911, but was noted again as a single entity in 1929. In 1911, August Dingeldein married a daughter of Karl Kurz, who had left his father's silver shop - Johann Siegmund Kurz & Co. to establish his own.
